Today is a milestone for Miki Lewis. It is the first Christmas she has been able to afford gifts and a Christmas tree for her children. When Miki reached out to INMED for help, she was homeless with three-week-old twins and nothing but the clothes on her back and a box of diapers. Through INMED’s help and the resources and guidance of other Loudoun nonprofits, the future for Miki and her children is bright. With lot of hard work and determination, she has a stable home, a professional career, healthy children and is working toward a @LoudounHabitat house of her own. Miki also is helping other families in need through her own initiative, Helping Hands Along the Way, by collecting clothing and supplies for @WomenGivingBack, @INMEDCenter and others.
On this day of giving, we invite you to celebrate Miki and all the nonprofits working quietly behind the scenes to help our neighbors in need. https://donatenow.networkforgood.org/inmed
