Health & Wellness Resources

In an effort to bolster our digital outreach in this time of virtual reality, we created this page of useful resources to help children and families strengthen their health and well-being during the coronavirus pandemic and beyond. This page will include everything from inspirational videos to cooking demonstrations to fitness activities you may enjoy and learn from at home.

More important, these videos are being recorded by program participants, volunteers and community partners who want to share their talents and skills—in Spanish and English. We plan to add new content weekly, so visit often!
