The Guia Lopes Primary School in didn’t have space for a vegetable garden, so students reused plastic soda bottles to create an innovative container garden. Through INMED’s Health in Action (Ação Saudável) program with the Mondelēz International Foundation, children not only have greater access to fresh produce at school but also learn lessons in sustainability, conservation, food security, nutrition and healthy lifestyles.
