Videographers documenting the launch of INMED’s Crescer Saudável (Growing Healthy) program for preschool-age children in Petrolina, Brazil will soon release a video to the public. In partnership with the Monsanto Fund, this program is being administered by INMED Brasil to establish gardens in pre-schools and provide nutrition education for children, teachers and health professionals to encourage lifelong healthy eating habits, both in schools and in the community. The program will serve more than 58,000 people in Petrolina. In these photos, children in a preschool on the island of Massangano were served healthy snacks. Stay tuned for the video!
