INMED Andes is pleased to partner with the Wakatinku Foundation for the treatment of parasitic infection in Peru. Via INMED, Johnson & Johnson is supplying enough Vermox brand deworming medication mebendazole to treat 6 million individuals, primarily children, per year. The Wakatinku Foundation is currently administering the medicine to children at three schools in communities of the remote region of Cusco, Peru.
