In partnership with the district municipality of Yarinacocha and the Manuela Ramos Movement, INMED Andes is facilitating a series of workshops on preventing violence against women. Women from 20 municipalities in the district attended a training workshop last week to learn how they can help reduce the high rates of violence and pregnancy in adolescents in their own communities through education and training.
