Health in Action Inspires kids to Love Veggies

Did you know that INMED’s Health in Action program with the Mondelēz International Foundation has inspired children in Brazil to love veggies—and their parents to change their families’ eating habits at home? Just ask Leandro Ribeiro, father of a student at Bernardo Pandey primary school.

“What I appreciate most in the program is the involvement of the children in the school garden, making them responsible for the planting, caring and harvesting. My son now wants to eat more leafy greens at home and understands that it is good for his health and makes him strong.”

A big thank you to the Mondelēz International Foundation for making this program possible for 431,513 children in Pernambuco, São Paulo and Paraná. Learn more at https://paracriancas.org.br
