Kudos to INMED Caribbean Aquaponics Project Manager Allen Pattillo, who just led a day-long Advanced Aquaponics Workshop at the World Aquaculture Conference in Las Vegas. The workshop featured a panel of leading aquaponics experts, who discussed trends and shared insights on building a profitable aquaponics system, improving plant production and management techniques and obtaining certifications for aquaponics facilities.
Special thanks to Auburn University’s Dr. Jeremy Pickens, Chatterson Farms’ Ryan Chatterson, Kentucky State University’s Janelle Hager, Kentucky Department of Agriculture’s Angela Caporelli and Santa Fe Community College’s Charlie Shultz.
